Prime Rib Sliders Ingredients
Method
Directions for Prime Rib Sliders
Prepare the Prime Rib
Season the prime rib roast with salt and black pepper. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and roast the prime rib for about 1.5 hours, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing thinly.
Caramelize the Onions
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Slice the onions thinly and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are golden brown and caramelized. Season with a pinch of salt.
Make the Horseradish Cream
In a bowl, mix together the horseradish sauce, sour cream, and chopped fresh parsley. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assemble the Sliders
Slice the slider buns in half. On the bottom half, layer sliced prime rib, a generous amount of caramelized onions, and a dollop of horseradish cream. Top with the other half of the bun.
Serve
Serve the sliders warm, and enjoy with your favorite sides.
