Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Meat Sauce

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Add Tony's marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

2

Prepare the Ricotta Mixture

In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.

3

Cook the Lasagna Noodles

Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4

Layer the Lasagna

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce, top with 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, followed by 1/2 of the provolone and mozzarella cheese. Add another layer of meat sauce. Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with the remaining meat sauce and topping it with Romano and Parmesan cheese.

5

Bake

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

6

Cool and Serve

Allow the lasagna to cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
