Cocktail Preparation

   Prepare the Glass

   Chill a coupe or cocktail glass by filling it with ice water while preparing the cocktail.

   Mix the Ingredients

   In a cocktail shaker, combine the mezcal, fresh lime juice, autumn-spiced brown sugar syrup, and herbal bitters.

   Shake Well

   Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

   Strain and Serve

   Empty the ice water from the chilled glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

   Garnish

   Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
