1 can White Claw Hard Seltzer (any flavor, e.g., Black Cherry)1 oz Vodka (optional, for a stronger drink)1/2 oz Fresh lime juice1/4 oz Simple syrup (optional, if you prefer sweeter)1 cup Ice1 to taste Lime wheel or wedge (garnish)

Method

Cocktail

Chill and prepare glass

If desired, chill a highball or Collins glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice to cool while you prepare ingredients.

Build the drink

Fill the chilled glass with fresh ice (about 1 cup). Pour 0.5 oz fresh lime juice over the ice, then add 0.25 oz simple syrup if using. If you want a stronger cocktail, add 1 oz vodka now.

Add the White Claw

Open 1 can of White Claw and gently pour it into the glass over the back of a spoon or down the side to preserve carbonation. Pour until the glass is nearly full.

Garnish and serve

Give the drink a gentle stir (one or two slow turns) to combine without flattening the seltzer. Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim. Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer.
