Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Sliced turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

Harvest the Chenin Blanc grapes at optimal ripeness, ensuring no overripe or under ripe grapes are included.

Once harvested, crush the grapes and remove the stems. This can be done using a grape crusher or manually.

Transfer the crushed grapes to a wine press and extract the juice. Collect the juice in a clean fermentation vessel.

Measure the sugar levels of the grape juice. If the juice is not sweet enough, add sugar to taste, ensuring it dissolves completely.

If necessary, dilute the grape juice with a small amount of water to achieve desired volume and acidity.

Sprinkle the wine yeast over the surface of the juice. Allow it to hydrate for about 15 minutes before stirring gently into the juice.

Add the potassium metabisulfite to the juice to protect it from unwanted bacteria and spoilage. Stir gently to incorporate.

Cover the fermentation vessel with a clean cloth and allow the mixture to ferment at a stable temperature (15-20°C) for about 2-3 weeks.

Once fermentation is complete, siphon the wine off the sediment into a clean vessel to age.

Allow the wine to age in a cool, dark place for at least 6 months before bottling.

Once aged, carefully bottle the wine, ensuring to leave some space at the top. Seal the bottles with corks.
