Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Steak

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub the steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

2

Grill the Steak

Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

3

Assemble the Nachos

On a large platter, spread the tostada chips evenly. Top with refried beans, shredded cheddar jack cheese, and sliced grilled steak.

4

Melt the Cheese

Place the assembled nachos under a broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5

Add Toppings

Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapenos.

6

Serve

Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your delicious steak nachos!
