Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Fish

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish and coat it with the marinade. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

2

Grill the Fish

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated fish on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

3

Warm the Tortillas

While the fish is resting, warm the tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side or until soft and pliable.

4

Assemble the Tacos

Flake the grilled fish into bite-sized pieces. Place a portion of fish onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, fresh cilantro, a dollop of sour cream, a spoonful of salsa, and slices of avocado.

5

Serve

Serve the tacos immediately while warm. Enjoy!
