In a large pot, combine the pale malt and rice with 4 cups of water. Heat the mixture to around 150°F (65°C) and maintain this temperature for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After 30 minutes, add the corn syrup and hops to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for another 60 minutes, stirring regularly.

Once boiling is complete, cool the mixture quickly using an ice bath or a wort chiller until it reaches room temperature.

Transfer the cooled mixture into a sanitized fermentation vessel. Add the yeast and seal the vessel with an airlock. Allow it to ferment in a dark place for about 1-2 weeks at 65-70°F (18-21°C).

Once fermentation is complete, carefully open the fermentation vessel and add the lime juice and salt to the beer. Stir gently to ensure everything is well mixed.

Siphon the beer into sanitized bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal the bottles and let them carbonate for another week at room temperature.
