An Oregon sparkling Rosé showcasing vivacious flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and citrus zest.

Wash the fresh strawberries and raspberries under cold water. Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

Prepare the Fruit

Use a microplane or zester to grate the lemon peel, avoiding the bitter white pith. Measure out 1 teaspoon of the zest.

Zest the Lemon

Place the bottle of Oregon sparkling rosé in the refrigerator for at least one hour to ensure it is well chilled before serving.

Chill the Wine

Take four wine glasses and fill each with 1/2 cup of ice cubes to chill the glass.

Prepare the Glasses

Distribute the prepared strawberries and raspberries evenly among the chilled glasses, adding them on top of the ice cubes.

Add the Fruit

Slowly pour the chilled Oregon sparkling rosé into each glass, filling them about three-quarters full.

Pour the Rosé

Sprinkle a teaspoon of lemon zest over each glass and add a few mint leaves on top for garnish.
