Chill glass
Place a chilled rocks glass in the freezer for several minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail to ensure the glass is cold.

Measure and combine
Add 2 oz Angels Envy bourbon, 1 oz sweet vermouth, 0.25 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, 2 dashes Angostura bitters and 1 dash orange bitters into a mixing glass.

Add ice and stir
Fill the mixing glass with large, cold ice cubes (enough to come near the top). Stir gently but thoroughly with a bar spoon for 30–45 seconds (about 20–30 full spoon turns) until the mixture is well chilled, slightly diluted, and silky.

Prepare glass
Discard ice or water from the chilled rocks glass. If desired, place one large clear ice cube in the glass.

Strain
Strain the stirred cocktail into the prepared rocks glass over the large ice cube.

Express and garnish
Using a fresh orange peel, hold it skin-side down over the drink and give it a sharp twist to express the oils over the surface. Rub the peel's rim around the glass edge, then drop the peel into the drink as garnish.

Serve immediately. Recommend sipping slowly to appreciate the bourbon's rich profile balanced by vermouth and a hint of Maraschino.
