Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the onion, mince the garlic, and dice the carrots and potatoes.

2

Cook the Beef

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.

3

Sauté Vegetables

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent. Then, add diced carrots and potatoes.

4

Add Broth and Seasonings

Pour in the beef broth, then stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and mixed herbs. Bring the mixture to a boil.

5

Simmer

Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the flavors meld together.

6

Serve

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot in bowls, and enjoy your comforting meal!
