Wash and prepare the fresh green apples. Core and slice them into thin wedges.

Juice the zesty citrus (lemon or lime) to extract the fresh juice. You should have about 1 cup of juice.

In a large pitcher, combine the sliced green apples, fresh citrus juice, and sugar. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the mineral water to the pitcher and gently stir to combine, making sure not to lose the fizz.

Add fresh mint leaves to the mixture for an aromatic touch.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the prepared mixture over the ice.
