Gather Ingredients

Collect all the ingredients required for the Funky Kong cocktail including cachaça, banana liqueur, pineapple tea syrup, lime juice, tiki bitters, and coconut water.

Juice the Lime

Cut a fresh lime in half and use a juicer or press to extract 0.75 oz of lime juice.

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of cachaça, 1 oz of banana liqueur, 0.5 oz of pineapple tea syrup, 0.75 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice, and 2 dashes of tiki bitters.

Shake the Mixture

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Serving

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice. Top it off with 2 oz of coconut water for a refreshing finish.

Optionally, garnish with a slice of fresh banana or a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
