Lightly muddle the mixed seasonal berries in a mixing glass or small bowl to release juices but not completely purée them. Aim for broken berries with some intact pieces for texture and appearance.

Muddle berries

Rim or chill glass: If desired, chill a large wine glass or short Collins glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes. Optionally wet the rim with an orange slice and dip in a tiny bit of edible glitter for extra sparkle.

Add ice: Fill the chilled glass about two-thirds full with cubed ice (approximately 1 cup).

Add muddled fruit: Spoon the muddled berries and any released juice into the glass over the ice.

Pour spirits and wine: Add 0.5 oz Cointreau and (optional) 0.5 oz vodka to the glass. Pour 12 oz chilled white wine or rosé over the top.

Add glitter: Sprinkle 1 tsp of blue edible glitter into the drink and gently stir 2–3 times to distribute the glitter and mix the fruit with the wine and spirits. The glitter will create a shimmering 'glitterbomb' effect.

Top with soda: Gently top the drink with 4 oz chilled lemon-lime soda (Sprite) so the cocktail stays fizzy. Stir once gently to combine without losing too much carbonation.

Garnish: Thread a few whole berries and an orange slice on a cocktail pick or float them on top. Add 1–2 sprigs of fresh mint for aroma.

Final check & serve: Give the drink one gentle swirl to let the glitter settle into a shimmering layer. Serve immediately while chilled and fizzy.
