This Rosé has an elegant aromatic nose of watermelon and strawberries. It has a crisp, fresh palate and the finish is deliciously long and fruity.

Refrigerate the bottle of rosé for at least 2 hours before serving so it is well chilled (ideal serving temperature 8–10°C / 46–50°F). If short on time, place bottle in an ice bucket with equal parts ice and water for 20–30 minutes.

Open the chilled bottle of rosé. Pour into chilled wine glasses, filling each glass about one-third to one-half full to allow aromas to concentrate and release the elegant notes of watermelon and strawberries.

Open and pour

Serve immediately. The wine is best enjoyed chilled and fresh to appreciate its crisp, fruity palate and long finish.

Wash strawberries and mint. Halve the strawberries and cut seedless watermelon into small wedges or cubes. Lightly bruise mint leaves by clapping between your palms to release aroma.

Prepare fruit

If serving by the glass, drop 1–2 strawberry halves and a small watermelon cube into each glass and float a mint leaf on top. If serving via a pitcher for a casual gathering, combine the chilled rosé with remaining fruit and mint in a pitcher and add a slice of lemon for brightness. Do not macerate the fruit for too long — 10–20 minutes is enough to impart aroma without diluting the wine.

Add garnish to glass or pitcher

If you prefer extra cold wine, add a couple of ice cubes to individual glasses. Note: ice will slightly dilute the wine as it melts, so use sparingly to preserve the crisp, fresh palate and long fruity finish.
