Method

Smoothie Base

1

Prepare açaí

If using a frozen açaí packet, partially thaw under cool running water for 20–30 seconds so it's breakable, then cut or break into pieces and add to the blender. If using açaí cubes, add them frozen.

2

Add the frozen mixed berries and the banana chunks to the blender with the açaí.

3

Pour in 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and add 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon honey or agave. These give creaminess and a touch of sweetness; adjust sweetener to taste.

Boosters & Texture

4

Add 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed, and the optional scoop of vanilla protein powder to the blender.

5

If your banana is fresh or you want a thicker smoothie, add 3–4 ice cubes. If banana is frozen, you may omit ice or add 1–2 cubes for extra thickness.

6

Secure the blender lid and blend on high for 45–90 seconds, stopping and using a tamper or spoon to push ingredients toward the blades if needed. Blend until smooth and thick but scoopable — adjust texture by adding up to 2–4 tablespoons more milk for a thinner pour, or a couple more ice cubes/frozen berries for thicker.

Assemble & Serve

7

Spoon the blended açaí mixture into a bowl or pour into a tall glass. Use a spatula to get all of the thick mixture out of the blender.

8

Top with 1 tablespoon granola, sliced banana, fresh berries, and a teaspoon toasted coconut flakes. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon honey if desired.

9

Serve immediately with a spoon (if bowl) or a straw (if glass). Leftover smoothie can be refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 24 hours but will lose some texture—stir or re-blend before serving.
