Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients: Crown Royal, hot water, honey, and a fresh lemon for the twist.

Heat the Water

Boil water in a kettle or heat it in the microwave until hot but not boiling.

Combine Ingredients

In a heatproof glass or mug, add 2 oz of Crown Royal and 1 tbs of honey.

Add Hot Water

Pour 6 oz of hot water into the glass or mug with the Crown Royal and honey. Stir well until the honey is completely dissolved.

Garnish

Twist a slice of lemon over the drink to release its oils, then drop it into the mug for garnish.

Serve the Hot Toddy warm and enjoy!
