1

Prepare the Espresso

Brew the espresso coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.

2

Mix the Brandy

Once the espresso has cooled, stir in the brandy and set this mixture aside.

3

Prepare the Mascarpone Mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

4

Whip the Heavy Cream

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

5

Combine Mixtures

Gently fold the whipped heavy cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

6

Dip the Ladyfingers

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso-brandy mixture, making sure they are soaked but not soggy.

7

Layer the Tiramisu

In a rectangular dish, lay half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.

8

Chill

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

9

Garnish and Serve

Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and cut into squares. Serve chilled.
