Begin by brewing a fresh cup of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, stovetop espresso maker, etc.). Ensure that the espresso is hot and freshly made.

While the espresso is brewing, scoop 2 cups of vanilla ice cream into serving bowls or glasses.

Once the espresso is ready, pour it over the scoops of vanilla ice cream, allowing it to 'drown' the ice cream.

Serve immediately with 2 pieces of biscotti on the side for dipping.
