1. Prepare the Glass
Rim the mason jar with lime juice and then dip it into the Tajín seasoning to coat the rim.
2. Mix the Drink
In a large mixing glass or cocktail shaker, combine the pink lemonade, tequila, Cointreau, grapefruit juice, chipotle sweet and sour mix, and lime juice. Stir or shake well to mix all the ingredients.
3. Serve
Fill the prepared mason jar with ice and pour the mixed drink over the ice. Stir gently to combine.
4. Garnish
Optional: Garnish with a slice of lime or a grapefruit wedge for a decorative touch.
