1. Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning evenly on both sides.
2. Cook the Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a bit of oil and cook the seasoned chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.
3. Toast the Bread
In the same skillet, toast the sourdough slices until golden brown on both sides.
