After fermentation, transfer the wine to another vessel, leaving sediment behind. This clarifies the wine.

Clarification

Add 0.5 g of sulphites to the clarified wine to preserve it and prevent spoilage.

Adding Sulphites

Incorporate 2 ml of apricot essence, 2 ml of white peach essence, and 1 ml of acacia blossom essence into the wine. Stir gently.

Flavor Enhancements

Bottle the wine using sterilized bottles. Make sure to leave some space at the top.

Bottling Wine

Seal the bottles with corks and label them accordingly. Store them in a cool, dark place.

Allow the wine to age for at least 3 months before tasting for optimal flavor.
