Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Generous aromas of ripe melon, floral honeysuckle and jasmine on the nose give this wine an appealingly expressive start. Smooth and incredibly flavorful on the mouth, offering richness and depth.

Select and harvest ripe Pinot Gris grapes from the vineyard. Ensure the grapes are free from rot or blemishes.

Harvesting the Grapes

In a clean winemaking vessel, crush the grapes to release their juice. Press the crushed grapes to extract as much juice as possible.

In a fermentation vessel, combine the extracted grape juice with filtered water and sugar. Stir gently until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Mixing Ingredients

Sprinkle the yeast evenly over the surface of the juice mixture. Allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes to hydrate before gently stirring it in.

Adding Yeast

Cover the fermentation vessel with a clean cloth or airlock. Let the mixture ferment at room temperature for about 1-2 weeks, stirring daily. Monitor the fermentation process until bubbling slows down.

Fermentation

If desired, add tannin to the fermentation mixture to enhance the structure of the wine. Mix gently.

Adding Tannin (Optional)

Once fermentation is complete, siphon the wine off the sediment into a clean glass carboy or another fermentation vessel. Avoid disturbing the sediment.

Racking

Seal the carboy with an airlock and store it in a cool, dark place for at least 2-3 months to allow the flavors to mature.

Aging

After aging, siphon the wine into cleaned and sanitized bottles. Seal with corks and label appropriately.

Bottling

Chill the Pinot Gris wine in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy the aromas of ripe melon, floral honeysuckle, and jasmine.
