Ingredients
Base spirit & mixer
Grapefruit & Rose garnish (choose if ordering this flavor)
Cucumber & Mint garnish (choose if ordering this flavor)
Peach & Orange Blossom garnish (choose if ordering this flavor)
Optional finishing & sweetener
Base preparation
1. Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice to chill and leave room for soda.
2. Pour 2 oz Ketel One Botanical over the ice.
3. If you prefer a slightly sweeter drink, add up to 1/4 tsp simple syrup and gently stir once to combine.
4. Top with 3 oz chilled club soda, pouring gently to preserve effervescence. Give one gentle stir (3–4 rotations) to integrate.
Grapefruit & Rose (assemble if this flavor chosen)
5. Squeeze half a fresh grapefruit wedge over the drink to release a bit of juice, then drop the wedge into the glass.
6. Nestle an edible rose petal on the surface or add a single small drop (approximately 1/8 tsp) of rosewater to the top of the drink. Use sparingly—rosewater is potent.
7. Garnish
Express a grapefruit twist over the drink (pinch the peel to spray oils), then rest the twist on the rim.
Cucumber & Mint (assemble if this flavor chosen)
8. Tuck one or two thin cucumber slices or a long ribbon into the glass alongside the ice so it lines the inside of the glass.
9. Lightly clap a mint sprig between your palms to wake the aromatics and place it into the glass, stem down.
10. Optional brightness
If desired, squeeze half a lime wedge over the drink for added acidity, then discard or drop the wedge in.
Peach & Orange Blossom (assemble if this flavor chosen)
11. Float a fresh peach slice on top of the drink or slide it inside the glass against the ice.
12. Add 1–2 small drops (about 1/8–1/4 tsp total) of orange blossom water to the top of the cocktail and gently stir once to distribute the aroma. If using actual orange blossom petals, float them as garnish.
13. Garnish
Express an orange twist over the surface and rest it on the rim or on the peach slice.
Finish & serve
14. Taste and adjust: add a dash of bitters for depth or another 1/8–1/4 tsp simple syrup if you prefer sweeter.
15. Serve immediately with a straw if desired. Provide a small stirring spoon for guests to re-mix as the soda settles.
