Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce, peanut butter, ginger, and garlic. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined. Remove from heat.
Make the Slaw
In a bowl, combine the diced red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt. Toss to combine well.
Prepare the Wontons
In a separate pan, fry the wonton wrappers in a little oil until crispy and golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Assemble the Wraps
To assemble, take a romaine heart leaf, add a spoonful of the chicken filling, top with the Asian slaw, and garnish with crispy wontons. Drizzle with sriracha or your preferred hot sauce.
