Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the jumbo chicken wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Toss them in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Cooking

2

Bake the Wings

Spread the wings out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Sauce Preparation

3

Prepare the Sauces

While the wings are baking, prepare the sauces. For the Buffalo sauce, combine hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the butter is melted, then remove from heat. For the Asian style sauce, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a bowl. For the Habanero Honey Mustard, whisk together honey, habanero powder, and yellow mustard. For the Nashville Hot sauce, mix cayenne pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, and vegetable oil in a bowl.

Serving

4

Serve the Wings

Once the wings are done, toss them in your choice of sauce. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing, or Bang-Bang sauce for the Asian style wings.
