Brew the Espresso

Begin by brewing a fresh shot of espresso and allow it to cool slightly.

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of vodka, 1 oz of Kahlua, and 1 oz of freshly brewed espresso.

Shake with Ice

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15-30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Add Cream

Float 1 oz of heavy cream on top of the drink by pouring it gently over the back of a spoon.

Garnish (Optional)

For an elegant touch, you may garnish with a few coffee beans or a dusting of cocoa powder on top.
