Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

2

Prepare the Burger Patties

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal patties.

3

Cook the Burger Patties

In the same skillet, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

4

Fry the Eggs

In another skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes.

5

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a leaf of lettuce, followed by the cheesy burger patty, crispy bacon, a slice of tomato, and finally the sunny side up egg. Top with the other half of the bun.

6

Serve

Serve the Sunny Side Up Burger immediately and enjoy!
