Method

Preparation of Salad

1

Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly. Dice the tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces. Slice the radishes thinly and set aside.

2

Fry the Pita Bread

Cut the pita bread into triangles. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Fry the pita pieces until they are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let cool.

Dressing Preparation

3

Mix the Dressing

In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, sumac, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assembly

4

Combine Ingredients

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, diced tomatoes, cucumber, and sliced radishes.

5

Add Dressing

Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.

6

Add Pita Chips

Finally, add the fried pita chips on top of the salad just before serving to keep them crunchy.
