Method

Preparation of Branzino

1

Clean the Fish

Rinse the branzino under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Make sure to remove any scales and entrails, if not already done.

2

Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

3

Marinate the Fish

Place the branzino in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the fish, ensuring it is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

Grilling the Fish

4

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).

5

Grill the Fish

Carefully place the marinated branzino on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

6

Remove from Grill

Once cooked, remove the branzino from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Cooking the Vegetables

7

Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and trim the asparagus, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the zucchini into rounds.

8

Grill the Vegetables

Toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill the vegetables on a separate section of the grill for about 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

9

Plate the Dish

Serve the grilled branzino on a plate alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables. Optionally, drizzle with additional lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley.
