Preparation
Prepare the Superbird Fuego
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. While the grill is heating up, in a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a spice blend.
Season the Chicken
Rub the spice blend generously over each piece of Superbird Fuego, ensuring they are fully coated for maximum flavor.
Cooking
Grill the Chicken
Place the seasoned Superbird Fuego on the preheated grill. Cook for about 7-10 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is nicely charred.
Prepare the Lime and Agave Sauce
While the chicken is grilling, squeeze the juice from both limes into a small bowl. Add the agave syrup and mix well until combined. Set aside.
Serving
Serve the Dish
Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Drizzle the lime and agave sauce over the chicken before serving. Enjoy your Papa G!
