Method
Prepare Glass
Chill glass
Place a champagne flute in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill with ice water while you prepare the ingredients to ensure the cocktail stays cold.
Mixing
Combine juices and schnapps
In a mixing glass or small cocktail shaker filled with a few ice cubes, add 0.5 oz peach schnapps, 1 oz fresh orange juice and 0.5 oz cranberry juice. Stir briskly for about 10 seconds to slightly chill and integrate flavors. (Do not over-dilute.)
Strain
If you used a shaker with ice, strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute, leaving the ice behind.
Finish
Top with Prosecco
Carefully top the juice and schnapps mixture with 3 oz chilled prosecco. Pour slowly down the side of the flute to preserve effervescence and minimize foaming.
Garnish
Float or pin an orange slice on the rim of the flute. Optionally add a thin peach slice or a mint sprig for extra aroma.
Serve
Serve immediately while the prosecco is bubbly. Encourage guests to gently stir once before drinking if they prefer a more uniform flavor.
