1

Chill glass

Place a highball or Collins glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice water for a minute, then discard the water. A chilled glass keeps the seltzer fizzy longer.

2

Add ice

Fill the chilled glass about three-quarters full with fresh ice (approximately 1 cup).

3

Build the drink

Pour 1.5 fl oz vodka into the glass if using. Add 0.5 fl oz fresh lime juice and 0.25 fl oz simple syrup if you prefer a slightly sweeter balance. These steps are optional—White Claw can be served straight from the can.

4

Top with White Claw

Carefully open a 12 fl oz can of White Claw (Black Cherry or Mango) and slowly pour it into the glass over the back of a spoon or down the side to preserve effervescence. Pour until the glass is nearly full.

5

Garnish and finish

Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel on the rim. For Black Cherry, add 1–2 fresh cherries or a lime wheel; for Mango, add a couple of thin mango slices or a lime wedge. Give the drink a gentle stir (one or two slow turns) to integrate the lime and syrup with minimal fizz loss.

6

Serve

Serve immediately while the seltzer is bubbly. Provide a straw or stirrer if desired.
