Primary Spirits

2 oz Muskie Menace Vodka (or any clean vodka)

1/2 oz Tia Maria (coffee liqueur)

1 oz Apple vodka (Caribbean apple style or apple-flavored vodka)

1/2 oz Peach schnapps

1/2 oz Meyers (Myers) dark rum (or dark Caribbean rum)

Mixers & Citrus

1/2 oz Fresh lime juice

2 oz Apple juice

1/4 oz Simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)

1 oz Club soda (optional, for fizz)

Garnish & Presentation

1 each Thin apple slice (for garnish)

1 each Lime wheel

1 tbs Crushed candy (e.g., sour gummy pieces or crushed hard candy) for rim

1 cup Ice (cubes)

Method

Prepare Glass

Candy rim

On a small plate, spread the crushed candy. Moisten the rim of a rocks glass or highball with a lime wedge, then dip the rim into the crushed candy to coat. Set the glass aside to let the candy adhere.

Build & Shake

Combine spirits and mixers

Add ice to a cocktail shaker until about two-thirds full. Pour in 2 oz Muskie Menace vodka, 1 oz apple vodka, 0.5 oz Tia Maria, 0.5 oz peach schnapps, and 0.5 oz Myers dark rum. Add 2 oz apple juice, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.25 oz simple syrup.

Shake

Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold and slightly frosted.

Strain & Finish

Pour

Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice. Double-strain the shaken cocktail into the glass (use a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer if available) to remove small ice chips and any pulp.

Top (optional)

If you prefer a lighter, fizzy finish, top with 1 oz club soda and give the drink a gentle stir with a bar spoon to combine.

Garnish

Garnish with a thin apple slice and a lime wheel on the rim. Optionally, drop a small piece of gummy candy onto the ice for a playful touch.
