Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Mahi Mahi
Pat the Mahi Mahi fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides of the fillets with salt, black pepper, and blackening spice.
Cook the Mahi Mahi
Add the seasoned Mahi Mahi fillets to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has a nice blackened crust.
Toast the Kaiser Rolls
While the fish is cooking, slice the Kaiser rolls in half and toast them lightly in another pan or under a broiler.
Assemble the Sandwich
Spread remoulade sauce on the bottom half of each toasted Kaiser roll. Top with a blackened Mahi Mahi fillet, followed by lettuce, tomato, and Swiss cheese. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich.
Serve
Serve the blackened Mahi sandwich warm with your favorite side.
