Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Salmon

Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Make sure they are well-coated.

2

Blacken the Salmon

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil. Place the salmon fillets in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are blackened and cooked through. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.

3

Prepare the Pine Nut-Chili Emulsion

In a small bowl, mix the pine nuts, chili flakes, and lemon juice. Mash together until it forms a chunky emulsion.

4

Assemble the Tostadas

On each corn tostada, layer diced avocado, followed by sliced red onion, crumbled feta, and orange supremes. Top each tostada with a piece of blackened salmon.

5

Drizzle the Emulsion

Drizzle the pine nut-chili emulsion over the assembled tostadas.
