Brownie Instructions

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

2

Melt the Butter

In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

3

Mix in Eggs

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until smooth.

4

Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.

5

Add Pecans

Fold in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed.

6

Bake the Brownies

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

7

Cool and Serve

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving warm with scoops of vanilla bean gelato.
