Prepare Seafood

Chill oysters, clams, prawns, mussels, and Dungeness crab in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Prepare Ahi Tuna Tataki

Sear the ahi tuna on all sides for about 1 minute each, then slice thinly and arrange on a platter.

Prepare Salmon Poke

Dice the salmon into small cubes and marinate with a bit of soy sauce and sesame oil. Arrange on the platter.

Assemble the Platter

On a large platter, arrange the chilled oysters, clams, prawns, mussels, and Dungeness crab. Add the sliced ahi tuna tataki and the marinated salmon poke.

Add Sauces

Serve with miso-ginger vinaigrette, red wine mignonette, and cocktail sauce on the side for dipping.
