Crab Cake Preparation

Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, gently combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and black pepper until just mixed.

Form Patties

Form the mixture into large patties, about 4 inches in diameter.

Chill

Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Cook Crab Cakes

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Prepare Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed spring greens, dill, chives, cucumber, and radishes.

Dress Salad

In a small bowl, whisk together Meyer lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the salad and toss gently.

Remoulade Preparation

Mix Remoulade

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped capers, lemon juice, hot sauce, paprika, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
