Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Tomatoes

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the heirloom tomatoes and arrange them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

2

Bake the Tomatoes

Bake the tomatoes for about 20-25 minutes, until they are soft and slightly caramelized.

3

Mix the Cheeses

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, goat cheese, sour cream, lime zest, and chopped fresh herbs. Mix until smooth and creamy.

4

Combine and Bake

Once the tomatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Gently fold the tomatoes into the cheese mixture. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly.

5

Prepare the Baguette

While the dip is baking, slice the baguette into 1-inch pieces. Brush with olive oil and grill or toast until golden brown.

6

Serve

Remove the baked dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with the grilled baguette slices.
