Prepare Mahi Mahi

Rub the blackening seasoning over both sides of the mahi mahi fillet evenly.

Assembling the Sandwich
Toast Bun

Spread a generous amount of lime aioli on the bottom half of the toasted bun.
Add Mahi Mahi
