Prepare the Dip
Mix the Cream Cheese Base
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, hot honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Add Pimento
Fold in the chopped pimento peppers until evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture.
Make the Crostini
Prepare the Baguette
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch slices.
Brush with Olive Oil
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
Toast the Crostini
Bake the baguette slices in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
Combine and Serve
