Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine buttermilk and hot sauce. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.

Bread the Chicken
In a shallow dish, combine flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in the flour mixture.

Fry the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Sliders
Place a piece of fried chicken on the bottom half of each brioche slider bun. Top with pickle slaw and the bun top. Serve immediately.
