Cobbler Preparation

Prepare the Fruit Filling
In a large bowl, combine the seasonal fruits with brown sugar. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to release juices.

Make the Cobbler Batter
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and milk until smooth. Melt the butter and fold it in.

Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish, then pour the cobbler batter over the top. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Cook the Potatoes
Peel and chop the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain.

Add butter, heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy.

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced carrots, brown sugar, bourbon, salt, and pepper. Cook until carrots are tender and glazed, about 10 minutes.
