Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Sliced turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

Heat the water to approximately 70°C (158°F) and add the crushed grains.

Rinse the grains with hot water to extract sugars, collecting the wort.

Bring the wort to a boil and add the hops. Boil for 60 minutes, adding hops at the beginning and 15 minutes before the end.

Cool the wort quickly to around 20°C (68°F) using a wort chiller.

Transfer to a fermentation vessel and pitch the yeast. Allow fermenting for about 2 weeks at 18-22°C (64-72°F).

Add priming sugar to the beer, stir gently, and bottle. Allow to carbonate for 1-2 weeks.
