Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by washing the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water. Drain and chop the spinach coarsely. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until they become translucent and fragrant.

  3. 3

    Cook the Spinach

Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the spinach is wilted. Remove the skillet from heat.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed spinach and onion in the skillet. Sprinkle the feta cheese evenly on top.

  6. 6

    Cook the Frittata

Return the skillet to medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the edges begin to set. Then, transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the center is set and the top is slightly golden.

  7. 7

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the frittata from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice into wedges and serve warm or at room temperature.
