Chia Seed Pudding
Method
Preparation Steps
Mix Chia Seeds and Liquid
In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds and oat milk. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed in the liquid.
Add Sweetener and Flavor
Add the agave syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the chia seed and oat milk mixture. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Refrigerate
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and expand.
Serve with Blueberries
Once the pudding has thickened, give it a good stir. Serve in bowls or jars, topped with fresh blueberries. Enjoy your chia seed pudding chilled!
