Preparing the Soup Base
1. Sauté the Vegetables

3. Season the Soup
Add in the bay leaves, fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Cooking the Chicken
4. Add Chicken to the Pot

5. Shred the Chicken
