Prepare the Coffee
Brew a fresh cup of Americano coffee and set aside.
Mix the Alcohols
In a heat-resistant glass, combine St Remy XO Brandy and Cointreau.
Combine with Coffee
Pour the brewed Americano coffee into the glass with the alcohol mixture and stir gently.
Top with Whipped Cream
Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of the coffee mixture.
Serve
Serve immediately and enjoy your Spanish Coffee!
