Shake the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, passionfruit puree, vanilla syrup, fresh lime juice, and ice. Shake well until chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Top with Cava
Slowly pour Villa Conchi Cava over the top of the cocktail.
Garnish
Garnish with a half passionfruit on the rim or a lime wheel if desired.
